Halo Reformer Email Sign Up Giveaway May 2026

Entrants of this giveaway have the chance to win a Halo Reformer Bed worth £1,799, a Pilates Accesory Pack worth £69.99, a Reformer Mat worth £39.99 and Grip Socks worth £15.99.

The giveaway will take place on Halo Reformer’s Instagram page and will end on Friday 29th May at 7pm BST.

1. Anyone who enters the giveaway (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have read and accepted these giveaway T&Cs and will be bound by them.
2. The promoter of this giveaway is Halo Reformer Ltd (company number: 16165089) whose registered office is: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway. Each winner will receive:
   1 x Halo Reformer bed (a colour of your choice), 1 x Pilates Accessory Pack, 1 x Reformer Mat, 1 x Pair of Grip Socks.
   The items will be ordered and confirmation will be sent to an email address provided by the winner.
4. If an Entrant purchases a Halo Reformer bed during the giveaway period (Friday 15th May 7pm BST to Friday 29th May 7pm BST) and subsequently wins the giveaway, they will receive a full refund for their purchase.
5. The giveaway is open to people residing in the United Kingdom and aged 18 years or over, except employees of Halo and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
6. The giveaway will take place through the sign up page and @halo_reformer Instagram page. By entering this giveaway, an Entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
7. The giveaway will start at Friday 15th May at 7pm BST. The closing date for entry will be Friday 29th at 7pm BST. After this date, no further entries to the giveaway will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. The rules of the giveaway and how to enter are as follows:
   9.1. Entrants must register their email via the sign up page and follow the official @halo_reformer Instagram page.
   9.2. Entrants must like and comment on the Instagram giveaway post by tagging three friends.
   9.3 We reserve the right to reject any entries that breach these terms and conditions or are submitted in bulk (more than one entry per four-hour period) and are fraudulent.
   9.4 Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be void.
10. The promoters reserve the right to cancel or amend the giveaway without notice in the event of a pandemic, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to Entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
11. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable and do not include any additional costs and expenses. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12. The winner of the giveaway will be the first Entrant randomly selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.
13. The winner will be announced on the @halo_reformer Instagram Story and will be notified via email within 3 hours of the closing date and time. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not provide us with either an email or home address for the prize to be sent within 3 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other Entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation (including the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and in accordance with our privacy policy. The Entrant’s personal data will not be disclosed to a third party without the Entrant’s prior consent.
16. We are not liable for any damage or loss to a prize caused by any third party. If a prize is damaged, we have no obligation to provide a replacement prize.
17. While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud, we will not be legally responsible to Entrants or winner(s) for any losses that were not foreseeable to us or to you at the time of entry to this promotion or which are caused by a third party, including without limitation all indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of profit, or loss or damage to data.
18. Halo Reformer shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
19. Halo Reformer also reserves the right to cancel the giveaway if circumstances arise outside of its control.
