If you’re not completely satisfied with your Halo Reformer, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:

• We do not offer refunds for shipping or delivery charges you may have paid to receive your Reformer bed.
• Returns for Halo Reformers are subject to an additional return shipping fee of £200.

This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, or accidental damage.

If the returned Reformer is damaged, missing parts, or shows signs of misuse, Halo Reformer reserves the right to decline the refund at our discretion.

• Reason for return
• Photos of the Reformer bed (if applicable)
• Order number

Refund Processing

Refunds typically take up to approximately 7 working days, and processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact us promptly at support@haloreformer.com. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible; however, you can still return the product for a refund. Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
