The Halo Reformer Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied with The Halo Reformer, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Important Return Details:

• The Halo Reformer guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, or accidental damage, as outlined in our Warranty.
• Due to the size and weight of our equipment, shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.


• If you request a cancellation and refund before shipment, a processing fee of up to 5% of the total purchase amount may be deducted to cover administrative costs. This fee is applied at our discretion. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the final refund amount. Your Halo Reformer and any accompanying accessories must be returned in its original packaging for the refund to remain valid. Upon arrival at our warehouse, the unit will be inspected for damaged or missing parts.

Damaged or Incomplete Returns:

If The Halo Reformer is returned damaged, missing parts, or showing signs of misuse, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
