We recommend allocating a minimum space of 3m (L) x 1.5m (W) (approximately 9.84 feet (L) x 4.92 feet (W)) to use your Reformer effectively during all exercises. The pulley/pole end of the Reformer can be flushed against a wall or piece of furniture, ensuring that the foot bar end of the Reformer has adequate space to adjust or insert the jumpboard.
